Currently we only ship goods to the UK.
Once payment has been processed and we have received your order we will aim to despatch your goods within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be despatched the next working day.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or you change your mind about any of the items you have ordered from us, we accept returns of unused and unopened goods within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason you are returning your purchase, the item you are returning and your order number, which can be found on your email confirmation.

Please be aware that we will not refund your delivery charge or return postage costs.
Faulty, damaged items
If the item(s) you have received are faulty or damaged upon delivery, please notify us by email at email@example.com, stating your order number, name of product and the problem with the item, within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Once we have received your item and it is deemed faulty we will issue you a full refund including return postage costs or a replacement at no additional cost.
It is your responsibility for the return of any items to us. We do highly advise that any items returned are sent with a proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return.
